Minimum rental is for one month.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Can be made in person, by mail, or automatical renewal with a credit card.

Late fees are assessed after the 10th of the month.
The fee is 10% of rent charged and the unit will be double locked until the account is paid in full.

Security deposits are refunded if:
You have paid as agreed.
Given at least two weeks notice to move out.
Unit is clean and lock is removed after moving out.
Office is notified when unit is vacant.

Deposit to hold unit will not be refunded if customer decides not to move in and we are not notified before their scheduled move in date.
